Before someone knows what they need,
Before they know where to turn,
Before the next step is clear, help begins here.
Since 1971, Help Center, Inc. has been the place where help begins.
Across thirteen counties, our neighbors, friends, and families have made it possible for Help Center to show up every hour of every day, offering connection, advocacy, and support when it matters most.
This year, as our community prepares for Give Big, we are grounding our campaign in that truth.
Where Help Begins is both a reflection and an invitation.
Since 1971
Give Big Gallatin Valley 2026
Each spring, our valley comes together through One Valley Foundation’s Give Big Gallatin Valley, a 24-hour celebration of generosity supporting hundreds of cherished nonprofit organizations.
We are deeply grateful to be part of this collective moment of care and commitment across our region.
This year, Help Center is embracing that spirit through a campaign rooted in something simple and true:
Where Help Begins.

A Message For Our Community
Mental health touches every family, every neighborhood, every generation.
Every day, someone reaches out to Help Center
for the first time. Sometimes it begins with
a conversation. Sometimes it begins with finding
a safe place. Sometimes it begins with simply
being heard.
Our crisis lines, counseling services, the Gallatin County Child Advocacy Center, Sexual Assault Counseling Center, and other community programs exist because people across this valley believe that no one should face their most vulnerable moments alone.
Through your support, Help Center
remains available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
ready to listen, support, and walk beside those who need us.
Community Activations
This year we are expanding our approach
to Give Big.
Together with a group of beloved community partners, Where Help Begins will unfold through gatherings, conversations, and shared experiences across our valley.
Help Center staff and volunteers will be present throughout these moments to share more about our work, raise awareness around mental health, and connect with our community.
We invite you to join us.
